I hope everyone had a very happy holiday season. Mine has been excellent. T minus 3 days until I leave.

I've been doing a lot

I don't know what I'm having for dinner
But I do know that for dessert I’m having fried bananas and some home made strawberry banana ice cream topped with chipotle raspberry sauce.
